Finally! The "Ugly" Vintage 1970s Ties Have Arrived!!

What a relief! I finally got around to listing a good number of my vintage ties. Not that there aren't bunches left - just like everything else in my house... but it's a little victory on my part. So here are more of the new babies from Dragonmum's Wears:

I've been stuck in my chair all weekend - enforced rest from doing too much and hurting my hips - Who, me?But it was a great new thrift shop!!

Anyway, I've had a chance to take more jewelry pics & photoshop the ones I already have. In between I've been reading - for fun, of course - the new Antique Trader Pottery & Porcelain Ceramics. Husband took my Stephen Colbert "I am America (and so can you); has no respect for an invalid...Been out making rowdy trouble on the web (one of may very favs) by tweeting & facebooking videos from Iran. I think one that I sent was taken down very quickly - which is too bad. It was the most graphic but touching video montage of the brave people there.

My hubby & kid have moved everything out of my office. I am now officially a semi-retired psychiatrist. Now, where to put all my vintage furniture & ceramics & textiles that were in there??? Of course I'll squeeze them in somewhere!
