I finally finished the brick work around my fountain, but I am still trying to get the color right on the fountain...it was black, and I really didn't like it...so it has been blue, copper, bronze, and then just a light green over all to try and tone down the glitzy look...the first photo is a frame my husband and I put in a section of lattice in between the sections of picket fence....I really like the way it came out...I had wanted to put a mirror behind it, but it was too much trouble and I don't really think it needed it....If anyone looks at it, let me know what you think...Joanne

This is one of the bird houses in my yard....my Grandson and I made them, and I painted and embellished it...it was rented out immediately to a family of small birds...I am sorry to say, I don't know exactly what kind...
We really enjoy watching the birds, but are not happy about the squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits that are eating all the buds off of my cucumber and some flowering plants....does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Joanne

Pics of my leather leaf oregon grapes (Mahonia). The are loaded with gorgeous blue grape size berries in June and the birds love them! They even sprout up from seeds dropped by the birds, so you can have extra shrubs in no time.
